• Solid Sourcing / Merchandising / Quality Assurance experience in Ceramics Table Top, Kitchenware, Cookware, Cotton Canvas Handbag Industry preferred;
• Capable to deal with overseas buyers / factories independently;
• Strong negotiation, planning & organization skills and able to follow up details closely;
• Work independently from product development, mass production quality control until shipment completed;
• The QA position will assist Quality Control Manager in various QC assignments including understanding of clients’ product protocols, quality procedures, lab-tests and production schedule along with factory audits;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure;
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin;
• Degree Holder preferred;
• Far East or China Trip needed.
