Responsibilities:

• Provide shipping coordination with customers and forwarders and other parties.
• Handle full set of shipping documents including I/E Declaration, Trade-link and etc.
• Arrange logistics and courier for delivery of goods and samples.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Min. 2 years working experience in shipping field.
• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping documents (including L/C).
• Strong in problem solving, detail-orientated, proactive working attitude.
• Good command in English (HKDSE or HKCEE English passed).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
• Good at MS office and PC skills.
