Responsibilities

• Liaise with local & overseas’ internal & external parties for customers’ queries & concerns
• link up new product development to mass production
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• Track and monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery
• Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder
• Solid Excel skills and basic programming will be advantageous
• 1 years or above experience in watch/clock industry preferred (will also consider fresh graduate as trainee position)
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, Photoshop
• Occasionally travel to China factory is needed
• Immediate available
