Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain all office-related files and records
- Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
- Liaise with different internal business units and external service providers
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Assist in implementing marketing related activities.
- Provide support to marketing events and promotions.
Job requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in related fields.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese also required.
- Good PC skills in MS Office.
- Able to work under pressure & independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- We will also consider candidate with more Admin/ eMarketing experiences as a Administrative & Marketing Officer.
