Our client is a well-funded start up Fin Tech group, they are currently hiring a CS & Training Manager to their operation team. This role will be direct reporting to Head of operation, working closely with the management team across the business, a team leader role to manage CS team and training to new joiners. a risen opportunity to candidates whom interested towards further develop in Blockchain & Fin-tech business. Ideal candidates with solid CS & Training background, previous Fintech exposure is not a must. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a CS & operation team 
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external key accounts with strong technology leadership and influence
• Project implementation, business analysis and process streamlining
• Ensure quality and service level in continuous delivery Drive and implement internal training & CS system standards, guidelines and requirements across the business
• Handle account operations respond on account or operational matters
• liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance tasks, etc
• provide training to new joiners, design a training program and sort out  the staff roaster
• Responsible with Ad-hoc duties as required & perform all tasks as directed in a timely manner 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Minimum of 5 years of CS, Team Training role or account management related working experience, Fin-tech relevance experience are beneficial although not necessary
• Strong knowledge in Bloomberg 
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
