Responsibilities :工作職務

• Lead the production line in maximizing production efficiency
• Analyse production capacity ans ensure on-time delivery監督及安排生產計畫,按期走貨 
• Review and monitor the work flow of production staff提高生產效率,流程以減低生產成本為公司目標 
• Improve product quality and control to reduce defective rate. Improve worker quality.提升貨品質量及控制,以減低次品率.提升工人質素. 
• Formulate and implement standard opering procedure
• Communicate with different teams to ensure smooth operation定立制度,聯繫,協調不同部門去完成公司的目標.

Requirements : 工作要求

• At least 10 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing, not less than 5 years experience in factory management.最少10年制衣經驗，不少於5年駐廠管理經驗. 
• Promote the development systems to enhance operational efficiency.推動發展系統及程式來提升運作效率的經驗. 
• Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership skills lead the team to achieve company goals.卓越人際及良好領導技巧帶領團隊達成公司目標. 
• Experience in garment production line process and good computer skill 有制衣單件流經驗及懂中英電腦優先. 
• Work in the Philippines Manila factory 在菲律賓馬尼拉廠工作.
