We are a boutique fund house firm and is currently expanding business.  To support our business growth, we are seeking high caliber to join our dynamic team to help us scale new heights.

Responsibilities

•  Perform daily fund operation activities, maintenance of funds, and portfolio valuations & reconciliations
•  Familiar with PE fund activities including capital call and dividend distribution
•  Coordinate external administration and custodians of the funds on fund operation issues
•  Liaise with investment analysis on fund subscription, monitoring related issues
•  Check and reconcile daily fund valuation performed by external services providers; monitor investment restrictions for fund and client account
•  Prepare monthly valuation reports for client funds (hedge/PE funds)

Requirements

•  Accounting degree or training preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
•  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in fund operation, accounting, custody or fund administration of private equity funds, fund of funds, hedge fund, preferably in financial industry and/or fund house is a definite advantage
•  CPA/ACCA student or qualified is considered an asset.
•  Good knowledge in fund accounting and settlement
