Monthly Salary Range:        HK$51,015 – HK$74,190

Duties: The appointee will play a leading role in programme management, development and teaching of executive development programmes and corporate training in the Mainland. The scope of duties includes programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery at postgraduate level, day-to-day programme administration, and liaison with students, teachers and professional bodies. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.

Requirements:  Candidates should at least possess a Master degree with 15 years relevant experience in the areas of finance, corporate finance, accounting and/ or business management. Strong leadership and supervisory skills and capability to manage resources effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Teaching experience in Putonghua at postgraduate level or corporate training, and working experience in the Mainland will be a definite advantage.

Terms of Appointment:Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review.  A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School also provides staff development opportunities.
