Our client is a risk, compliance and fund governance consulting firm with offices globally in APAC, Europe and America. They are currently looking for a associate level candidate to join their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the associate director whilst working closely with other colleagues in the team
• Work independently with legal, fund services and investment management clients
• Prepare and manage due diligence documents, reference materials, banking forms and agreements of all kind prior to director execution
• Responsible for managing team projects that are assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Risk/Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services industry , prior project management experience is a plus.
• Open to candidate from Big 4, AML/KYC, compliance, risk, consulting , operations, etc.
• Must have financial services experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
