Our client is one of the global top tier asset management firms and they are looking for candidate who gained over 5-8 years of experience working as the Investment Counselor from any MNC retail banks in Hong Kong, who is ready to move upstream to a global fund house. Intermediary sales from other asset management firms or RMs from any reputable MNC retail bank will also be considered, you should be equipped with a sound knowledge on investment and funds products, together with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead briefing to ICs / RMs from retail banks, provide fund positioning, marketing, market analysis and deliver sales pitches
• Share key information to enhance the corporate knowledge and improve competitiveness across service, product and marketing
• Increase client satisfaction with effective implementation, open dialogue is required
• To be a strong team player to create team synergy and maintain positive attitude
• Share market insights and best practices with the team and support the business growth
• Keep abreast on the most updated market and fund knowledge
• Familiar with the logistics and process in the retail / intermediary sales industry is essential

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with relevant discipline in the Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 – 8 years of work experience, ideally minimum 3 years of experience gained as a IC a reputable MNC retail bank in Hong Kong
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with various stakeholders
• Confident to deliver public speaking is a must (in Cantonese and English)
• Strong commercial acumen is essential
• Good execution skills to meet tight deadline
• Comprehensive fund product knowledge
• Can do attitude is critical and able to take initiatives
• Fluent in read and write of Chinese and English is essential
