RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Sustainable Manufacturing in driving the Detox program and other sustainable manufacturing programs within Asia supply chain

• Manage key interactions with 50+ partners across Asia and internal teams to ensure that production is not impacted due to compliance failures.
• Conduct data Ingestion, analytics, and escalation of Detox commitments and action plan
• Drive sustainable manufacturing related KPI; s across Asia supply chain
• Drive and independently manage due diligence testing’s of 500+ products/ year to monitor compliance and contribute to positive attribute system
• Management and improvement of “Project 2020” performance measurement tools like Partner Progress tool for global adoption
• Collaborate and drive sustainable manufacturing agenda with Asia manufacturing partners including adoption of online Chemical Management system software.
• Implement water conservation technology/techniques with manufacturing partners
• Basic chemical non-conformity management and root cause analysis with partners
• Drive and support in any ad-hoc projects

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in Business Management, Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of working experience
• A good understanding of the supply chain or product manufacturing processes
• Demonstrate knowledge of environmental and sustainable manufacturing
• Experience in working collaboratively across multiple teams and functions and with external stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and social skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent data management and analytics skills
• Independency in project Management is a must
• Able to adapt faster to changing corporate policies and strategies and implement in his/ her job
