Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the company in the whole process of SFC Type 9 license application
• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to register and supervise SFC Type 9 regulated activities of the firm
• Implement various marketing programs in the enlarging of fund portfolio and to grow the profitability of portfolio
• Perform in-depth research on secondary markets as well as private equity projects; analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk
• Participate in all product development, including project due diligence, sales & marketing, to contribute for growing AUM
• Manage discretionary accounts and funds, assist in formulating investment strategy

Requirements:

• Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Type 9
• Hands on experience in successfully helping a firm to apply SFC Type 9 license and set up process, operations and infrastructure of the firm
• At least 3 years of solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Good command of Mandarin & English
