Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing CRM strategies to maximize business opportunities
• Assist in CRM promotions to drive customer loyalty and business
• Database management to prepare regular reports and insights on business performance, marketing intelligence, customer experience and program effectiveness
• Assistant ongoing system enhancement
• Communication and work independently with internal and external parties
• Assist in marketing projects assigned

Requirements: 

• University graduate in marketing, communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail / FMCG industry
• With experience in CRM / loyalty marketing and etc.
• Excellent communication, organization and coordination, self-motivated, initiative, good ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Patient, positive, independent, creative, energetic and a good team player
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Chinese Work Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred
