Responsibilities:

• Initiate, innovate and implement CRM strategy and programs including VIP retention, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touch points within the whole customer journey.
• Work with IT & other partners for system enhancement across all CRM solutions with flawless support.
• Monitor existing program and generate reports to review effectiveness and share insights for improvement.
• Explore joint promotion opportunities with business partners to widen the database.
• Work closely with operation team to drive CRM event and instore sales activities.
  
• Assist in developing online marketing programs and initiatives, measuring the performance of marketing activities through data analysis and providing support to the marketing team
• Participate in e-commerce project and ensure the successful delivery of the project
• Budget management

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 6-8 years CRM experience in HK and PRC, preferably in luxury goods
• Experience in e-commerce and online marketing will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• Results-driven with excellent execution and organisation skills, initiative and proactivity
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Pro-active, self-motivated, good time management and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
