Key responsibilities include:

•  To work closely with agency to handle FRANCK MULLER official social media accounts for both Hong Kong and China
•  To establish, maintain good relationship with Hong Kong and China media
•  To be able to proof read press material, manage local translation and distribution
•  To coordinate photo shoot arrangement, and line up possible PR opportunities
•  To monitor press coverage, submit PR performance reports in a timely manner
•  To manage all advertising or digital production and traffic according to media plan
•  To manage and support PR events, coordinate with related internal and external parties
•  To work closely with brands’ headquarters for local news and events’ announcement
•  To manage the social media accounts and webpages for FRANCK MULLER Fine Dining
•  To handle all invoice processing and budget maintenance according to given budget
•  To ensure all advertising and PR expenses are strictly respected to planned budget

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in the marketing/public relations field
• University Degree preferably in Marketing / Communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, willingness to learn, a proactive team-player with ability to deliver high-quality work
• Thorough understanding of promotional and advertising activity in luxury industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, bilingual in English and Chinese
• Working experience with watch brands, luxury market or PR agencies is preferred
• A more experienced candidate may be considered as Senior Communications Executive
