• Plan and implement online and offline marketing activities
• Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and prospects
• Account service on digital platforms
• Manage influencer/brand ambassador programmes
• Manage customer service hotline
• Establish and build relationships with social influencers

Requirement:

• Post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Aggressive and target-oriented; able to work in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English is a must
• Excellent personal organisation skills and high attention to details
• Savvy with web research and passion for social media
• Creative, and be able to present feasible ideas to the management and the team
