Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor, respond and resolve all customer posts on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Blog etc.
• Generate customer feedback reports
• Update and maintain the customer database system
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
• Develop new/existing customers to generate business for the company.
• Coordinate with teammates to provide timely and quality services to our customers

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, preferably involving social media
• Familiarity with financial products, or a bank background preferred
• Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III is a plus
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English, in both writing and speaking
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Customer focused, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Familiar with various database software, especially MS Excel
• Recent graduates will also be considered
