Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize a varied range of sporting events
- Produce promotional material and displays
- Assist in organizing various committee meeting
- Liaise and work with contractors, suppliers, part timers, clients and government officials
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Event Management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in organizing events
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experiences in website management and online registration is preferred
- Self organized, good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player and able to work under pressure
