Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and protecting the Company’s reputation and ensure all short and long term departmental goals and planning align with Swire Beverages and the Company’s objectives of sustainable development. This candidate will lead the implementation of all public affairs strategies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and external events, oversee the plant tour programs and hospitality and corporate presentations. The candidate will also build and maintain good relations with the media, NGOs and stakeholders and ensure all CRM communications across Company align with agreed standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
- 10-15 year of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, event marketing, and most favourably digital-marketing
- Excellent in language, strategic planning, presentation and project management skills
- Strategic leader with strong leadership & communication skill
- Good interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change & challenges
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin a definite plus
- Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Willing to work irregular hours and under pressure
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
