Responsibilities:
• Help building membership pool.
• Formulate customer loyalty program and the customer database to enhance customer growth and retention;
• Formulate and Execute promotion strategy for our retail shops;
• Draft content for digital and social media platforms (primarily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube);
 
Requirements:
• Higher diploma with at least 1 years solid working experience in relevant  sectors
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PPT, Photoshop and AI
• Well-organized, proactive, responsible and ability to handle multiple tasks

Work Location :
•San Po Kong (5 – 8 mins walk from Diamond Hill MTR station)
Working Hours :
•Mon to Fri 0900 - 1800
