Job Description


The position requires an analytical, creative, self-motivated customer relationship manager who is able to effectively supervise the organisation’s supporter services operations and handle donation data integrity needs. The Donor Engagement Manager, reports to CEO, will manage all day-to-day activities of child sponsorship and other gift processing functions. S/he has to develop strategies to optimise the processing performance, proactively manage and improve all aspects of the donor experience and donor data integrity to support the organisation's evolving needs.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation, encourage customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Decide on the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensure it works seamlessly across the organisation and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Conduct customer analysis so as to maximise development opportunities
  • Manage the work flow and effectiveness of gift processing systems through the supervision of the Supporter Services Team and volunteers
  • Carry out donor activities such as gatherings and trips
  • Ensure donation transactions are processed and records are made in database timely and accurately
  • Lead in-house telemarketing activities
  • Manage Supporter Services budget and vendor payments
  • Consolidate different management reports based on established criteria, ensure timely and accurate dissemination of reporting data as well as provide insight when necessary
  • Support donor activities and organisation events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 


QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will be a pro-active, self-directed and organised professional who possesses the following skills and attributes:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related fields. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM marketing
  • Ability to possess strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in CRM segmentation, direct marketing, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to details, strong project management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Agree with Plan’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and child safeguarding policies
