Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead implementation of year-round member engagement and retention programs to uplift RFM value based on store brands’ business / merchandising plans
• Optimize member benefits and drive product and service experience by tier to improve conversion and retention
• Work closely with IT, Business Units, Store Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure sound execution with aligned goals
• Drive targeted marketing programs and category cultivation via effective segmentation and customized communication journeys
• Lead end-to-end communications flow including internal alignments and buy-in, training materials, customer communication and case management 
• Conduct regular analysis on customer loyalty, purchase patterns and campaign performance to optimize lifecycle and support sales  
• Liaison with external partners/agencies to deliver CRM enhancement and system upgrade/customization

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in CRM/loyalty program management with track record in launching successful customer engagement campaigns
• Data savvy with good business acumen and knowledge of retail operation
• Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills with solid experience in data mining and turning data insights into action plans
• Experience in analytics and campaign management tools is essential
• A confident team leader and team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital and social media marketing is an advantage
