Responsibilities

The successful incumbent will assist the Manager to develop rental and promotion strategies for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) venues to achieve incremental business growth and raise the overall profile of Hong Kong Science Park.  Major responsibilities are listed below:-

• Proactively identify potential clients to develop new source of business
• Work closely with other marketing teams on branding campaigns to generate awareness of the park
• Constantly evaluate market reactions towards different initiatives & campaigns and propose appropriate sales strategies and plans when necessary
• Prepare marketing materials including collateral, leaflets, posters and exhibition panels from drafting of contents to printing stage
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing with exposure to venue and facilities promotion and event marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, enthusiastic, self-driven and customer-oriented
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• An initial 2-year contract will be offered to the right candidates
