Position : Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

Salary : 18-25k/Negotiable

Requirements :

• Degree holder is a must, major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other disciplines (First Full Time Degree is a must)
• Outstanding qualification is highly preferable
• At least 3 yrs or above Advertising or Marketing experience in Sizable or Multinational companies
• Experience in the motion picture industry and or media planning is a plus
• Must have good written / spoken command of English & Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform under pressure within tight deadlines
• Sensitive to current country specific trends
• Familiar with corporate reporting routines
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Detail oriented, analytical and strategic thinker
• Good people management skills and cultural sensitivity
• Team player, Stable, Presentable, Pleasant
• Immediate Available is highly preferable 

Responsibilities: 

• Direct report to Marketing Director & supervise Marketing staff
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans in terms of positioning, advertising & promotions for every film releases in Hong Kong
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure that all marketing plans are in place and properly executed for every film release
• Track all marketing, media and production budgets
• Competitive and marketing monitoring, collating competitors, sales and marketing data
• Work with finance to ensure all the procurement & payment process are in compliance with the company's policy
• Brief Media Agency on the film's buying strategy to ensure their media objectives are met with the given budget
• Input budget & media plan and submit for Regional office approval
• Follow up with creative agency for advertising layouts / localized materials and ensure timely delivery of approved materials to vendors
• Track timeline and production quality of all paid advertising
• Monitor the actual placement of their paid campaigns
• Verify media and vendor invoices against planned budget and update budget line sheet
• Archive all advertising plans, materials and layouts
• Maintain good rapport with media vendors and suppliers and negotiate for the best possible rates and value-adds
• Negotiate with media agency on annual commitments with media vendor to ensure they enjoy the best discount and bonus in terms of media buying
• Identify and pitch 3rd party promotional partners for upcoming movies
• Garner Sponsorship for premieres and events
• Exhibitors relations  -Foster good relations with key exhibitors and develop in theatre marketing materials, ticket sales activities and concession promotions
• Compile marketing reports and archive all case studies
