Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic marketing plans to promote residential development
• Assist in the production of through-the-line marketing collaterals, sales office, advertisements and sales brochure etc.
• Implement PR, soft marketing and social media campaigns
• Research and analysis for collecting market intelligence and benchmarking
• Co-ordinate media placements
• Build strong network with business partners in various industries for marketing collaborations
• Support and execute a full spectrum of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Assist in planning and execution of charity events   

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Real Estates/Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in PR/advertising agency; experience in property developer is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and creative with passion in the marketing field
• A team player with positive working attitude and integrity
• Presentable with good communication and multi-tasking skills
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or photo shop is an added advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with more experiences may consider as Senior Marketing Officer

Work Location: Central
