Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

• Qualify new business opportunities and complete Evaluate & Validate questionnaires
• Facilitate strategy meetings
• Develop and project manage / coordinate project plans, responsibilities and deadlines
• Create and design concepts / themes and work with Graphic Design Asia on the design and production of proposals and presentations
• Draft, edit and proof-read proposals and presentations
• Copywrite proposal and presentation material ensuring key messages are presented clearly and are client-centric
• Coach and rehearse pitch team members for presentations and Q&A sessions
• Conduct internal and client debriefs
• Track and analyze the Hong Kong pitch tracker highlighting opportunities that should be supported by the Pitch Studio and pending pitches, ensuring follow up plans are in place
• Provide quarterly pitch reports for the HK Business Line Leaders
• Communicate any pitch related best practices from around the region to the local teams
• Conduct regular L&D workshops on pitch best practice to the HK office
• Be across regional CRM and pitch activities for key clients and share within the HK office
• Be prepared to occasionally work outside traditional office hours to meet strict client deadlines
• Ad hoc projects as may be assigned

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant discipline (beneficial)
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with proven track record in pitch/bid management (knowledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage)
• Excellent English writing skills
• Proficient and organised with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Self-starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Good at handling multiple tasks and competing demands in a corporate environment
• Strong ability to communicate effectively through all mediums and at all levels, both internally and externally
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients in Hong Kong, the Pitch Studio Asia team and the Graphic Design Asia team
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign.
