Our client, a famous global retailer, is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team to create and deliver quality opportunities for consumers to engage with the brand and retail business
• Develop and drive the marketing programme / seasonal and monthly strategy to achieve the goals and objectives
• Elevate the in-store experiences and maximize awareness and effectiveness of store openings
• Maintain and monitor the executions, manage and facilitate feedback and share learnings
• Plan and organize the physical and digital experiences and other marketing tools to connect with consumers and gain market insights
• Support brand experiences and events connected to all Hong Kong retail business
• Evaluate retail executions of planned work and the competitors / market
• Ensure the vision, strategy, and execution support the overall Brand, functional, and consumer needs

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing / Retail Marketing / Advertising  or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the field of retail industry / MNC / FMCG
• Familiar with the workflow and operation of retail business
• Work well under pressure and co-ordinate varied tasks and projects
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, creative and result-oriented
• Frequency to go site visit and on site market search
