Job Description:

• Plan and implement Government-funded projects and other marketing activities;
• Liaise with different external parties to ensure the budget, quality and timeliness of deliverables;
• Execute and implement events, meetings, marketing & promotion activities;
• Explore new business opportunities for the FHKI;
• Support the logistic and administrative duties related to the projects/ events;
• Occasional travel to the Mainland is required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Communication or Marketing or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years’ working experience in project/ event management, preferably with experience in trade/ business associations or governmental offices. Experience in handling government funding project is a plus;
• Result oriented and strong business acumen with market sense;
• A good team player with excellent logical thinking & problem solving skill;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator would be an advantage;
• Ability to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Occasional overseas business trips and irregular working hours may be expected;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
