Job Description
Role:
The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns of the Group, utilizing a range of techniques including SEO, SEM and PPC. He / she is also responsible for overseeing and implementing the social media strategy for the company.
Duties:
® Creates, plans and execute all web, SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, websites, apps, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
® Builds and maintains the Group’s digital footprint and social media presence;
® Devises and creates digital content (websites, emails, social media, e-newsletters text campaigns, etc.);
® Tracks and measures the success of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
® Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests, to evaluate end-to-end prospects and Customer experience across multiple channels and prospects and Customer touch points;
® Reports and presents findings on measurements, and on performance of all digital marketing campaigns to Executive Management Team;
® Collaborate with other internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
® Makes information and advertising more interactive by adding case studies, videos and infographics to apps, email, social media and display advertising;
® Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes digital performance based on the insights
® Collaborate, as need be, with agencies and other vendor partners;
® Evaluates emerging relevant digital marketing technologies and provides advice and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Skills & Requirements:
üBS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field;
ü2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing;
üDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing programmes, database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
üHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, attract and convince;
üExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
üSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.);
üExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
üWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
üStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
üUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
üOutstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;
üEnglish is a must; other language skills a plus.
