Reports to: Senior Donor Development Manager

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Support line manager in developing and implementing appeals, campaigns and donor recruitment activities
• Develop content, proof-read and edit marketing collaterals in conjunction with line manager for all donor communication materials
• Translate marketing and communications materials as and when required
• Support digital marketing activities and social media campaigns for fundraising and soliciting donors’ support
• Assist on content development and update of the organization’s website, and manage comments on social media channels
• Perform simple graphic design for development of marketing collaterals
• Support fundraising related administration work and reporting
• Coordinate with external vendors on delivery of campaigns.
• Assist other responsibilities within the fundraising team as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, PR/Communications or related discipline
• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experiences, preferably with experience in marketing in the non-profit sector
• Basic knowledge of graphic software
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
• Capable to prioritize tasks and adapt to sudden changes of work requirement, such as putting up an appeal within 48 hours during onset of emergencies / large scale disasters
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks independently and be a team player
• Lots of initiatives and with a can-do and adaptable attitude
• Possess a passion to work in NGO sector
