Our client is a well funded Fin-tech corporate, with their continuously expansion in the top class business globally, they are looking for a PR Event Officer (Well Funded Fintech/PR Project Management/MNC/Corporate Conference) to join their expanding team and further develop the career in Fin-tech marketing.  

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning and a range of global events from corporate conferences and meetups
• Responsible for all practical aspects of events i.e. reviewing and sourcing the event locations, preparing event materials
• Liaise and negotiate with internal teams, vendor and media agency for the sake of ensure successfully event
• Manage the project budget and expenses and conduct a follow up analysis of events
• Prepare proposals for management and assist in identifying new business initiatives to enhance the revenue targets
• Assisting in other event management and development functions

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications or equivalence
• Minimum 3 years or above of relevant event management or marketing experience
• Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business decision
• Passionate working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Well-versed in written and spoken skills in both Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
• Highly self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and tight schedule
• Must be organized, detail oriented and excellent analytical skills
• Occupational business trip is required
