Our client is the subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed leading property investment corporate; their business operation covers Australian and United Kingdom properties development, strategy planning and real estate investment. With their continuously expansion in the top class business globally, they are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Online & Offline/ Property Investment/Listed Corporate Subsidiary/ MNC Environment) to join their expanding team and further develop the career in property marketing . 

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE or short-term notice would be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional marketing support on whole spectrum of online marketing for property investment in promoting projects in United Kingdom and Australia
• Check, review, prioritize and monitor Google Analytics report analysis
• Responsible for SEO and SEM and social media platforms such as Facebook, Wechat, Twitter, etc with primary focus in Google Adwords, Analytics and Facebook Ad Management 
• Assist with marketing materials and related documents
• Communicate frequently with managers to eliminate avoidable errors
• Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Responsible with Ad-hoc duties as required & perform all tasks as directed in a timely manner

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Marketing or equivalence
• Minimum of 2 year of Digital Marketing related working experience, property related experience beneficial although not necessary
• Experiences in Digital Marketing Project Management such as website promotion, email advertisement, Facebook advertising is preferred  with strong knowledge in SEO and SEM
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin 
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
