Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to provide strategic input for overseas offices to plan and implement major marketing and advertising campaigns. Help formulate strategy on content marketing, new product launches, mega event promotions, segment-targeted programmes and selected integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Explore new initiatives / cooperative platform and supervise the implementation of global/ regional marketing and brand building campaigns.
  • Effectively monitor and control the quality of responsible marketing and marcom related activities and ensure that they are well implemented, in accordance with the agreed brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Work independent and supervise the appointed suppliers on the planning and production of various marcom materials for mega events promotions, segment programmes and new product launches for usage at both overseas markets and at the destination level.
  • Manage an effective communication process between advertising agency and overseas offices to ensure an optimal efficiency, creativity and flexibility.
  • Assist marketing manager to prepare the yearly budget exercise, regular tracking report to government.  
  • Responsible to coach subordinate to deliver quality work and help building the team spirit.


Requirements:

  • University degree holder with a minimum 8 years working experience in Brand Management and Planning in Advertising Agencies and/ or Consumer and Brand Marketing and Communications.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; with high emotional maturity to be able to convince, influence and work collaboratively with all levels – peers and senior managers
  • Excellent written and persuasive presentation skills; in both English and Chinese.
  • Highly efficient in organizational multi-tasking and project management skills  
  • Strong articulation and fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
  • Experience in global brand management and on destination or tourism-related marketing is a distinct advantage.
  • Able to work independently, highly resourceful and maintains grace under pressure.
