Job Duties:

• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Assist in business proposal preparations, data collection and consolidation
• Schedule and liaise meetings, activities, travel and manage Director’s calendar.
• Provide secretarial duties including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, maintaining filing system and other personal matters
• Ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder major in Marketing, Journalism, PR or related discipline;
• Proficient in copywriting & presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Willing to work under tight schedules and high pressure;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, presentable, flexible, responsible and independent
