Responsibilities:

• Handle tenancy related documents
• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for tenancy management
• Maintain good tenant and agents relationships
• Other ad-hoc assignment as required
• Conduct site inspection for potential clients when required
• Cooperate and liaise with other departments to maintain high service standard

Requirements:

• Preferably degree holders in Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in property leasing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, well organized, proactive attitude, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure under tight schedules
• Candidates with less qualification or experience could be considered as Leasing Officer
