Responsibilities:

• Lead and work with the project team to deliver creative strategy
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for monitoring progress of ongoing design projects, provide guidance and leadership, address promptly, accurately, effectively to any issues that may arise as well as to the client’s satisfaction
• Accountable for identifying and developing new leads and business opportunities for the company
• Develops creative, innovative, and cost effective design strategies that meet client’s needs, utilizing project experience, current market trends, competitor intelligence and innovative thinking
• Build solid, trusted relationships with clients for long term business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing/branding /accounts servicing in Advertising or Event Management
• Ability to identify clients’ problems in a strategic manner whether it be research, valuation and business case development, organizational design, or process optimization
• Independent and self-motivated as well as a motivator to the team
• With prior experience in establishing network and contacts amongst industry groups
• Strong communication skills, highly organized ability to handle multi-tasks to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
• Highly proficient in MAC platform
• Stationed in Shanghai is required
