Job Description
French design driven small home electrical appliances R&D & manufacturer for OEM/ODM/OBM with focus in coffee maker/machine and handheld portable coffee machines for US and European market – we are looking for a SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related disciplines;
- 5 to 8 years of senior level experience in small home appliances to overseas market
- Experience in coffee machine field is highly prefer
- Experience in manufacturers is a plus
- Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, negotiation skill & project management skills with strong business planning
- Experience with a premium brand is a plus
- Experience or ability to explore overseas markets
- Report to the CEO
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies and action plans for further exploring overseas market
- Build and enhance relationship with key overseas customers
- Lead a small team to provide professional service to overseas customers
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions
- Frequent trip to China factory
- 熟悉歐美市場和小家電營銷模式；
- 瞭解小家電產品（主要为咖啡機）結構和技術性能；
- 能夠準確把握膠囊咖啡機市場發展趨勢，有效洞察市場的商機；
- 有廚房小家電工作經驗五年，有咖啡機領域工作經驗或與歐美電器品牌客戶具有良好關係的，將優先考慮
- Candidates with less senior level experience will be considered for the post of Asst Sales & Marketing Manager
