Responsibilities:

• Design of promotion material, e-DM, e-newsletter and Life Book layout
• Assist in implement online engagement program
• Develop and update diversity information promptly in social media platform
• Perform functional support and administrative duties, such as logistic arrangement of programs and handling members enquires etc.
• Liaise with internal and external partners
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• 1 year working experience in operation and marketing
• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Have passion to develop career in social services
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, independent, proactive, reliable and passionate
• A good team player, self-motivated and well-organized
• Familiar with MS Office applications, InDesign and Chinese word processing
• Experience with Photoshop/ Illustrator is a plus, but not required
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
