Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd. is one of the leading japan-based pharmaceutical companies in Hong Kong. To cope with the expanding business, we are currently looking for a passionate candidate for the post of Assistant Marketing Manager, handling Pocari Sweat & Oronamin C. 

Responsibilities:

The duties for this position include: 

• Fully responsible for the development of a 3 years brand strategy, bringing clarity to all aspects of unlocking the growth potential both in term of building brand equity and specific channel growth. All must be put in context of the Otsuka Hong Kong brands portfolio.
• Accountable for building rolling 18 months brand plan as part of Otsuka’s commercial business planning process and subsequent annual brand plans detailing all aspects of the media landscape
• Implementation & evaluation of the marketing plan to achieve the set business goal via effective marketing mix including media, social, event, PR & all relevant channels
• Create an insight-driven way of operating where decisions are based on actionable consumer, channel, and financial insights & KPIs for optimum return on the investment
• Have an active role in building an admired brands marketing leadership team through alignment and consistency in the efforts of striving towards excellence in building brands
• Effective communicator in an international work environment with global HQ, region, local and international marketing agencies, and cross-functional team work in the Hong Kong organization
• To be accountable for optimizing a multi-million dollar marketing investment to achieve agreed short-and long-term brand objectives
• Build an effective team by providing clear direction and guidance to build the talent pipeline for the company
• Full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio of brands

Requirement:

• University Degree or above in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent
• 4 years relevant working experience in FMCG field
• Passionate, self-motivated and can motivate other employees to achieve goals together
• Able to work at weekends
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (spoken Japanese and Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Good time management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
