Job Description

Requirements:

  • Matriculated in Communications / Public Relations / Social Media or related subjects preferred
  • Solid experience in PR communication and project management, with at least 4 years or above in PR Agency Experience
  • Previous agency experience in servicing consumer brands and events projects is must
  • Previous working experience in servicing consumer brands, retail, fashion, digital and events project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Implement and monitor campaigns and projects with other team players
  • Assist in preparing reports and proposal
  • Assist in social media promotion planning and ideas development and implementation
  • Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
  • Handle with existing client and involve in new business development
  • Command and efficient proposal skills and able to manage and develop team members
  • Multi-tasking, dynamic, resourceful, creative and active team leader
  • Detailed minded and strategic thinking
  • Only Immediate available candidate is preferred/ will be considered

  Job Scope for Account Servicing in PR/ Event/ Social Media Project

  • Report to Director
  • Provide planning in integrated communications, event management, and public relations/ social media projects
  • To lead and manage client project, events and PR campaign
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media and major clients
  • Manage all copywriting and editing of collaterals bilingually
  • Initiative to explore and ability to develop new business opportunities and proposal

  Job Scopes for Client/ Project Development

  • Handle potential new clients and development
  • New Business establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients
  • Actively supporting new business development with pitching and proposals preparation, budgetary plans and tender submission
  • Proactively provide advisory and insights for clients and lobby social media networking opportunities, and to grow relationship
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to achieve client servicing and business development objectives
  • Market Research, identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and online platform
  • Negotiate with clients on budget and commercial terms for new campaigns
