Title: Digital Performance Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Formulate performance marketing strategies across multi platforms, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital and Native Ad, for a portfolio of local, mainland and international brands.
• Execute and optimize the digital and social media campaigns on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties from conception to execution and performance review.
• Establish network with digital publishers/tech companies and liaise with them for innovative and cost-effective ideas/solutions.
• Adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
• Regularly produce reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic, etc.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Degree holder in digital marketing / computer / social science preferable
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in digital media agency / digital ad operation
• Extensive experience in managing SEM, programmatic and social media campaigns
• Solid understanding & hands-on experience in DoubleClick/Sizmek/Miaozhen, Google Analytics and any DMP/DSP platform
• Problem-solving, proactive and creative minded
• Native Cantonese speaker and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
