Our Client is a local sizable energy-provider company. They are looking for an Public Relations Officer to join their team.        

Job Description:

 Provide support in public affairs activities, daily media monitoring, handle media inquiries and media publicity

• Provide support in stakeholder engagement activities, stakeholder database updating, stakeholder log sheet and related research work
• Prepare & coordinate corporate collaterals and communication materials
• Provide team support in budget control, record management, and online information update
• Provide administrative support to the team and Deputy Director of team
• Assist in cross-team support and other tasks as required

Job Requirement :

• Degree holders in Journalism or related disciplines 
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge in a foreign language is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate, helpful, independent
• Willing to take up shift duties and work under roster at different Visitor Centre locations, information desks and event venues
