Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects (internal & external) of the project
• Work with other parties, such as Creative and Production to ensure timely delivery of projects and assurance of customer satisfaction
• To build up and maintain a positive and lasting relationships with clients
• Able to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by the client
• Handle customer correspondences, event logistics and executive
• Routines administrative and paper work

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Advertising or any related disciplines
• 4-5 years or above working experience in advertising and marketing field. Working experience in
• event and advertising agency is definitely an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrate that he / she is able to work independently and
• proactively
• Excellent Inter-personal skills and able to take up new challenges
• Aggressive, self-motivated and independent
• Immediate available is preferred
