Job Description
1) Event Executive
Duties:
- Responsible for project planning, event management, manpower solutions
- Assist in preparing reports, project admin, clients presentation
- Liaise with all relevant parties including Clients / Retailers
- Handle other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Admin / marketing / PR / promotions related field is preferred
- Experience in event marketing / advertising / PR agencies will be a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong communications, interpersonal skill and be a good team player
- Occassionally travel is required
2) Administrative Executive
Duties:
- Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates
- Profile deck creation including photos on site
- Generation of reports
- Preparation of part timer payroll
- Yo ensure collection made from client after project completion
- Ensuring Brand Ambassadors attendance and punctuality on-site
- Briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors
- To assist in any ad-hoc projects/activation
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, with hospitality, sales or training background preferred
- Retail sales experience will be an advantage
- Possess good communication, good command of English
- Possess good rapport building skills
- Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task
3) Project Executive
Duties:
- Monitoring design, consulting, project management and account servicing BTL activities
- Retail Re-invention
- APAC Travel Retail, Domestic Market (On & Off Trade)
- To handle project execution and supervision on site
- Ensure smooth communication between client and company
- To oversee a project from creative development to execution independently
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 2 years or above exp. in the Events / Exhibition / Customer Service/ Shipping/ Supply Chain / Logistic field
- Less experience with strong presentation skills is also welcome
- Experience in Travel Retail, Domestic Market (On & Off Trade) / Spirits, FMCG, Beauty / Luxury is an advantage
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer literacy in PC operation
- Well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, flexible in accepting assignments
