Job Descriptions:

• Liaise with Property Management Office, Landlord,contractors/vendors and internal departments for shop fitting-out & maintenance projects
• Assist in managing planned maintenance, repair and operation of all branches including fitting-out work schedule & budgeting
• Help in market research, formulate and execute leasing strategies
• Provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support to the team
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High Diploma or higher qualification, preferable in Surveying, Real Estate, Property/Facility Management or related discipline
• 2 years or above experience in leasing or property management
• Mature with strong negotiation skills
• Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
