Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal and sales documents including sales arrangement, tender, side letter, pricelist etc.
- Execution of sales strategies for property projects
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
- Assist in estate agents management and sales launch
- Provide after-sale services to customers
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge in property related ordinance is a must
- Legal background is an advantage
- Proactive, independent, customer-oriented, attention to details and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Presentable and possess good negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
