To cope with rapid growth and expansion of our company group, we are seeking a E-Commerce Officer/ E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing new business unit.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and optimize in-charged region/ countries’ web stores to increase visibility, market shares, orders, sales revenue and profits to meet company targets;
• Plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns/ promotions;
• Manage product listings, pricing, conduct market research and data analysis;
• Prepare effective promotions and advertising write up, product highlights and marketing materials copy-writing in English and Chinese content;
• Work closely with different function units (IT, Product/ Purchasing, Customer Service, Operation, Warehouse & Logistics etc) for smooth operation & continuous business improvements;
• Explore areas of E-commerce opportunity to extend business scope & drive market share/ revenue, conduct feasibility studies and set-up potential new channels/ opportunities for country business development/ expansion;
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Language, Communication or related field;
• 2 years and above of relevant working experience in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty.
• Experience in Global/ USA/ APAC/ China online web stores and marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Lazada, Linio, Tmall, JD.com, AliExpress, Rakuten, Gmarket, Qoo10 etc (with proven record) would be a big advantage;
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce environment and e-marketing trends, good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Proficiency in more foreign languages (e.g. Spanish/ German/ French/ Korean/ Japanese etc) would be an advantage;
• Passionate and familiar with Beauty products. Experience in Skincare, cosmetics or feminine industry would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, driven, fast learner, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies and a good team player;
• Proficiency in Chinese & English Word Processing, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel);
• Fresh Graduate or candidates with less experience/ qualifications will be considered as E-commerce Assistant
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
