Responsibilities:

• To perform sales activities to building service contactors of residential and commercial building
• Identify potential customers and perform technical sales to customers
• To follow up sales order and coordinate with customers on sold products
• To maintain close coordination with E&M engineers, customers and vendors
• To monitor sales progress and updated market status
• Communicate technical requirements to customer/E&M consultants and technical engineer for product promotion and sale

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Building service or relative engineering discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing or after sales service of E & M products in building service preferred. Less experience(Fresh graduated) is considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure, independently and result driven orientated
• Self-motivated, out-going and pleasant personality
