Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Coordinate with internal teams/suppliers to get all relevant information for quotation
• Handle analytics reports and any ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline, major in communication, multimedia, marketing is an advantage
• 1 year or above experience in digital content, marketing or video production
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Analytical, detail-minded, customer-oriented and mature with critical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office / Mac, including Chinese typing
