Responsibility:

• Assist in developing and executing liaison-related promotion and projects within pre-set budget
• Explore, liaise and follow up with strategic partners for joint promotion activities
• Maintain and enrich database of strategic partners
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to execute all communication activities, promotions and channels relations in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to daily routine duty (e.g. database management, gift redemption logistics, etc.)

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Communications/ Business/ Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience gained in PR/ Ad agencies/ in-house marketing, preferably in media or banking / credit card industries
• Detail-minded, strong proof reading, well-organized, good analytical skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a variety of projects concurrently under tight deadlines
• Efficiency in MS applications including PowerPoint & Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
